I started my service last Sept. And it has sucked. I have contacted tech support on several occasions snd still nothing. My service was not working at all in january tech support was of no help so i unplugged my modem. Then february 13 my house burned i no longer have a home ave called in told them the situation and was told no no problem i wouldn't be charged further. Now apparently that conversation never happened and i'm continuing to be billed. I want this crappy service canceled and my money refunded from jan to present.
