GETTING DISGUSTED. Cannot access any of my account information, can't get through on phone

Trying to change my credit card number and keep getting the message, "You do not hae access to update your account information." So, I call the number and get the message about how you can do so much at myhughesnet.com, including changing account and billing information. Have to wait 20 minutes due to "increased volume of people wanting to subscribe to Hughesnet."

Cannot get any help from HughesNet. No one answers the phone. Trying to use email or chat loops me back to the same useless page that will not let me change my credit card information. I guess when they try to charge the old card and it doesn't work they will call me.

Are you dialing this number for support? 866.347.3292  That message you're hearing sounds like it's from our sales line. The number I posted will get you in touch with our billing specialists who can help get your credit card number changed.

Oh--So You're "HAPPY TO HELP"! TRY HELPING ME! I Have SPENT OVER 754 MINUTES Of My Phone Time Getting The RUN-AROUND From Those USELESS "Technical Support" People!!!

AND THEY STILL HAVEN'T "HELPED" ME Or MY SITUATION!  My "Problem": I HAVE DONE ALL THE REGISTERING HUGHESNET "UPGRADE"--Yet Even Though I DON'T "LOG-OUT"--I STILL HAVE TO GO THROUGH ALL OF THE SAME STEPS TO "LOG-IN"!

EXCEPT--NOW--WHEN I CLICK LOG IN--I JUST KEEP GETTING LOOPED BACK TO THE GERMANTOWN "GENERIC" HUGHESNET PAGE!!

THAT ISN'T EVEN WHAT STARTED THE CALLS TO HUGHESNET! The "EXECUTIVE CARE Of CUSTOMER SERVICE" IVANNA COULDN'T HELP SO SOMEONE IS SUPPOSE TO BECALLING ME BACK FROM THERE LATER TODAY!

WELL--THAT PHONE CALL IS GOING TO COST ME OVER $10.oo A MINUTE BECAUSE PHONING THE "TECH LINE" HAS MADE ME GO OVER MY ALLOTMENT!!!
