Hughes Net NO SERVICE

I am sick to death trying to get Hughes Net service. I have made 5 attempts to get a tech. to come to my home and repair my system. The first tech that showed up would not get out of his truck until I put up my two dogs. Then he would not climb up a ladder to realign my dish due to his osah concerns. I am still waiting for Hughes Net NO SERVICE

    Welcome to the community! We appreciate the post. I'm sorry to hear of your experience. I can understand why this would be frustrating. First things first, we would like to pull up your account and investigate on your behalf. To do this we'll need a recent case number or the serial number of the HughesNet modem.
