Im canceling, overheating equipment

The fusion plan was advertised as the best option. For gamers can support online gaming.

We can't stream or play online

Tried reset and reinstall,  the modem keeps overheating.

I've got a small fan blowing on it it's mounted vertical as I was directed by Installer.

I'm soo done with this mess.
