I have tried calling and customer service keeps hanging up on me. I am moving and need to relocate my service. If this continues I'll find another service provider at this rate. Help would be nice.
Though I don't know if it will make a difference, as customer service is buried in calls right now, but if you haven't tried the number on the following HughesNet page I would give it a try.
