I have a question. I changed my billing from auto draw to online payment. I just now went to check on my bill. It says I owe 0 balance, but the invoice says I paid once (true), but it also says I have a new balance due by the 11th of the month. Can someone please enlighten me as to whether I owe or don't owe? When I spoke with a Hughes rep about changing my billing to online payment, they told me not to forget the next bill would be due on the 1st of January. But as I said, it says I owe 0 balance on my billing....

It sounds like you are presently current and owe nothing from previous cycle but do have a balance approaching on the 11th which you will owe. This is what the automated system is showing regardless what was said over the phone. Your billing date may also have changed from what it was.
