Need to cancel account

Trying to cancel account for a month cant reach customer service Can someone give me help?

    Unfortunately, that's the only way to cancel. Keep trying.

The only way to cancel an account is by calling Customer Service.  Try calling in the off hours or during the weekend; the lines are available 24/7, but they may be overcrowded so there could be a long wait or the system may hang up.

I have been trying to and as soon as you say you want to cancel they cut you off line
