Hi - I've called and held for over an hour. I am currently on 49th minute on chat with nothing but auto-responders. I need to terminate HughesNet service due to death of family member that paid for the service. On the bright side, hopefully providing more bandwidth for those that need it.
The only way you can terminate service is by phone. You should call 866-347-3292.
Right now the reps are VERY busy, so you may have to call back later.
Edit: I should add that, if you can get through, your hold time may be extensive, as you've discovered, unfortunately. 😞
