Plan changes...

I haven't yet recieved the notice, but I know I will... But I have a few questions that might apply to a few others...  Hopefully @Liz can answer this, as shes aware of the... Peculiarities of my multiple accounts.

I have one account with Gen4 Choice plan, 5GB, for $49.99/m...  These questions impact that account only, and not the children accounts.

From the sounds of things, that means I will be going to 7.5GB, and $54.99 correct?  Or am I being bumped to another tier entirely, and have to pay a good bit more?  I highly doubt that Hughesnet has a 7.5GB plan in place for those on the Gen4 Choice plan.

Also, will these changes also take place with SME accounts?

Thanks for reaching out, good questions! Only Gen 5 accounts are impacted by the new plan and price changes.

 

For SME accounts, some of them only get price changes; yours is the only one with a price reduction.
