Router is not working right,only allowing between 5 and 30 kps maximum.

My router is causing all kinds of problems. Max download speed about 30kps( most times at bps). Have left unplugged all night,no difference. Can't download Chrome or it's updated. As of now it won't allow connection to sites. I bought(!!) my setup last September, this router should have lasted longer than 8 months.

his section is for account/billing support. You may want to post your issue under the Tech Support section (https://community.hughesnet.com/t5/Tech-Support/bd-p/TechSupport).  Just start a thread there and copy/paste from this one. 

 

You will likely need to run a few speed tests at Testmy.net, which is the preferred speed testing site for this community.  Also, could you be in FAP? That will really kill your speeds.
