I am a happy customer of HughesNet since 7/27/2012. I understand that people cannot be pleased always and sometimes for human beings is more easy to complaint than give commendations.
When I enrolled with HughesNet I was promissed a $199.00 and a $99.00 rebates,
although I was told to wait aprox. 5 to 6 weeks, I got my refunds already, thank you HughesNet. I sent the forms and copy of two months invoices, July and August, ah! I also sent it Certified Mail with Return Receipt, not because I don't trust HughesNet but because I don't trust the USPS.
With all do respect, I encourage you to get the correct information before you start complaining in the forum, because that's all I read here.
