Unable to access my bill.

All I get is neverending circles when I try to access my account info.

Could you provide more details, maybe some screenshots too? Does the problem persist when you use different browsers?

Thank goodness. 

 

Add-ons on your other browser may be hindering your access -- you could try using the same browser but in incognito mode (this usually cuts off all add-ons), and see if you regain access -- if you do, it would point to an add-on being the culprit.
