I was on hold for 45 minutes and the customer service representatives must have extremely POOR phone service because I could hear about every 6th word and someone hung up on me. When attempting to reach someone in chat, I can see all text and they state they cannot see anything that I'm typing so they closed the chat on me. I need someone to contact me immediately with a solution. This is an extreme waste of time.
Cancellation can only be done by phone. Call 866-347-3292, and if you can't get through to that number, try 877-329-1403.
Hard to do by phone when their phone signal is terrible and they hang up on you.
Unfortunately, it's the only way to cancel. Try the second number.
