@Amandavanr, Thank you for posting and welcome to the community. I am sorry to hear you have terminated your service with us. The WiFi booster is not returnable, therefore, a refund is not possible. Only leased equipment can be returned. Refunds can be given by our Account Management department and will depend on the situation. -Damian
