It does nothing but let you place them in the folder. Even then, it fails to keep accurate count. The block button. Why does it not work? Why have it? Latency. There's a good one for you. How about having to close your browser to get to another hughes email account. Now, nuff said! Re: Spam and a few other things. Obviously another water carrier. How many hughes accounts do you have? I have 3. Hughes is the only entity that has or knows about those 3 accounts. I can understand the possibility of getting spam on one or another from time to time. But to get the same spam emails going to all 3 accounts at the same time? Fact not bunk! Keep carrying their water Mark. Nuff said. Spam and a few other things. I will start by stating that Hughes has done the unthinkable. I have 3 separate email accounts on hughes mail. None of the 3 are in any way connected to the others. All 3 have separate contacts for different purposes. As of two weeks ago I started getting spammed. The spam hits all 3 email accounts at the same time. The same spam email to all 3 separate, not related accounts. That can mean only one thing. Hughes has sold my email addresses. Anyone else having this problem? I dump them in the spam folder but it does not stop them. I have even tried the block button. That does not work either. Hughes has so many problems, ie: latency; must close browser to get to next email account; etc., it's hard to imagine how they stay in business. Liz has carried their water for a long long time. She does the best she can. Nobody at Hughes listens to her or us. THANKS HUGHES for nothing. Re: Please close your browser message. Liz, Here is a screen shot of the message. Not to clear but the best I could do. Re: Please close your browser message. Gabe, I was able to open the file in word. I printed the word file. Then I scanned the printout and saved as jpeg file. Long process but it worked. Re: Please close your browser message. Good morning again Gabe, I followed the instructions of using the windows button and print screen at the same time to save the "Please close your browser" message. I do not have a Screenshots folder in my pictures. I did however find the save in Custom destinations folder which was/is a .ms file. I tried that and photos button above won't accept that file type. Only jpg, mpg, etc. I tried this with the windows=print screen and alt+print screen. Neither would work. I am using Windows 7 and have Mozilla Firefox or Crome. Those are the only 2 browsers I use. I'll keep playing with it. Thanks again. OT Re: Please close your browser message. Thanks Gabe, I'll try that. I have been using ALT+PrintScreen. That wouldn't work. Re: Please close your browser message. Good morning Liz, When I click on OK it takes me back to the Hughes home screen. That used to happen automaticly when I click on Logout of email account. It happens with mozilla firefox and crome. Re: Please close your browser message. Liz, Just signed into email from Crome and logged out and got the same message. It was a little different however. It said "my.hughesnet says Please close your browser. OK Re: Please close your browser message. Hi again Liz, I am using Mozilla Firefox 52.9.0.. There is an update available but when I update I can not enter anything into the content area of an email. (earlier problem you addressed and I answered in private message.) I can select email recipient and enter subject but content area is dead and nothing can be entered there. So, I did a restore to take me back to an earlier date which eliminates the Mozilla update. I have gone through that process 4 times and have contacted Mozilla about the problem and they have never answered.
