As indicated, I've only been a subscriber for just a few days and haven't had time (nor probably the technical skill) to dig into all of this to answer your questions like what beam I'm on. Your jargon is above my head. I have called, had a technician trouble shoot on the phone, walked through changes to several settings, but so far no resolution so I thought I'd try here for a solution. Extreme range of speeds I just became a new customer a few days ago and am experience a large variation in speed, but it's been extremely slow (less than 1 Mbps) most late mornings, afternoons, and early evenings.
