Extreme range of speeds
I just became a new customer a few days ago and am experience a large variation in speed, but it's been extremely slow (less than 1 Mbps) most late mornings, afternoons, and early evenings. Here are some random testmy.net screen shots
from last few days. Thank you!

What beam are you on? Beam 68 is degraded and having speed issues.

Thank you for the response. As indicated, I've only been a subscriber for just a few days and haven't had time (nor probably the technical skill) to dig into all of this to answer your questions like what beam I'm on. Your jargon is above my head. I have called, had a technician trouble shoot on the phone, walked through changes to several settings, but so far no resolution so I thought I'd try here for a solution.

To find out what beam you're on, go to http://192.168.0.1/#!/home/information and under the section labeled Satellite, look at "Beam ID." You have to be connected to your modem to access that page, by the way.
If you're on Beam 68, that beam is having speed issues, and so far there hasn't been a resolution.
