Seems to only be usable after 2 or 3:00am. If you have a try it to see if you like it period,Run befour that time runs out.

will not run a 12 mb test,after about 3mb it stops and this comes up (Secure Connection Failed) Tried three times.

Hp desk top computer to modem by ethernet cable.Thats all ,I think its, traffic/congestion issue on the network as a whole. 2:00am to 7:00am works great, That is the only time I have the data and speed to update my windows 10,or download music or go on u-tube. It would be nice if they would change there night times to start at 12:00 or 1:00am and go to 5:00 or 6:00am. It makes for a long night when you start updating win 10,at 2:00am and it`s a big update,like an hour and a half or two.But thats another story. You also are failing to follow the instructions you were given about how many tests to run per day and what file sizes to use .(file size to use as I see it Below is,12MB. down,) Most important points to remember during this test: -do the tests while directly connected to the HughesNet modem with a LAN cable (NO third party Router or Wireless devices can be used) -use the manual 12MB size download test file -If testing upload instead of download, please use the manual 4MB size upload test file ( Just saying )
