can some one help me i need to down grade my service plan from 50 gb to 30 gb is there any tech agents out there that could do that for me ?????????????

pretty much feed up with hughes net 50 gig plan is the max 3 yrs later no upgrades data plans all i can say it ok for what gen5 is. gen 6 better be able to compete with one web and starlink in 2021 n 2022 or i see Hughes net doa a slow fade =a slow death.......... supposedly star-link new internet plans going to have close too no data cap or No speed cap and speed close too 600mbs a second and more then one+ satellite in space with so all i can say Hughes gotta pick it up or be left be hind and loose customers,!!!! pressures is on Hughes to compete or get left behind/ I may pull the plug with Hughes wen my contract is up in December 2020 if there no new services available seriously considering one web or star link i know ill probably take some criticism from the snow flakes in Hughes net thats ok, just trying to make my voice be herd in a way. with out profanity and keep it professionl. trying to make sure thee technicians and engineers realize they should pick it up or get left behind we are probably less then 5 months out for competition to begins in the sat industry with star link and one web.

my opion is linux is more stable then windows 10 , only version of windows 10 i will use all is win10 lstb 2016 most stable version of 10 ive used 1903 and up plane out ,,,,,,,, sucks rebooting my system in the middle of graphic work is hogg wash shame on microsoft..... Not my fault.

herd on the News today boeing is grounding the 737 Max airline jet cause they cant Get the computure systems functioning correctly after those 2 accidents with it in 2018 and there stopping all manufacturing of the jet till they can work out the systems and bugs for flight testing , dont expect to fly on the max any time soon wile this is a on going progress my guess would be 6 month to a yr from now 2021 time frame before the public will be on the jet .

Wandering about Gen 6 and the future of hughes net in 2020 + since there is so many new competitors comming to market .. i wander havent herd any thing has any one herd on future services from Hughes or what ???????? i wander its been over 2 yrs i been on hughes wander ???????? what the next sat and tech for hughes will look like ??????????????????????

Hello Hughesnet My speed are below 1 mb a second i can t use my bonus zone can you plz help me this is frustration and called tech support 5 time saying the enginering department suppose to call Me today i am frustrated Not getting full speed at this time during the day or bonus zone and yes i have usage that is in the 50% range left so have not the speeds i been paying for and the department for huges has not called me back or fix this plz Help me with this issue hughes i pay 160$ for this and No help getting frusrated and did every thing the tech support on the phone said to do and still no fix.????????????????????????????????????????

ticked off here i been more then patients 6 months Later No new service plans and im trying to run a bussness from it this isnt working i may not be able to use full 3d Modeling for my scenery design because limited broad band wish there was no fap or even how much oi can down load let say the companys out there that dont give a what about people in rural america and hughes net Plz do somthing about new plans here in oregon

ive just had enoughf of this service not working with the customer to punish a customer for making changes is bull it shameful i will file complante with a better bussness bearuo of oregon n tell them how un customer friendly this is.......... if i can some how get somthing else i will leave . i cant go to school onliine with 20 gig is a joke truly a ...... joke so tell m,e this they have the right to pull a customerr service plane with oiut replacing it that is abge**bleep**t sir hughes net can stick it were the sundont shine in 2019 2020 im leaving .......... 20 gigs ant enoughf too do my schooling online ...................

Need a new plan plz hughes net listien too the customer dont be jerks to the customer . i see some trully nice service but need a biger data plan hate this 20 gb data plan is a flickin joke please upgrade data plans in zip 97108 in oregon we need better service out here and shameful on hughes to just keep me and other customer stuck at 20 gb of data really shaddy ............ i m waiting and no up grades seem to be comming any time soon i may leave hughes net in 2019 2020 time frame.............. this is bull. and i really am tired of being data cap i may look for a new service in 2019 2020 really fed up with this. 20 gb ant going too cut it for me wen i go back to colloge on Line next yr Not at alll, probbly going to need more then that to talk to my proffesors or teacher 20 gb isnt much really sad.
