CenturyLink has not said what the problem was - it was their problem, not Hughesnet's, so Hughesnet can't say what the root of the problem was. If the problem was with your network at home, then a Hughesnet rep will give you instructions for you to troubleshoot your side of the system, and they will look at the Hughesnet side. *I am not a Hughesnet employee or representative.
