No. Control Panel>System>Device Manager>Network Adapters then click on whatever wireless adapter is installed on your computer. Should then see what Gwalk posted.

It is what unlimited cable allowance has created and that appears to be coming to a halt. Even cable can't keep up with unlimited allowance in the far term. Unless some super duper compression technology comes along. People on cable internet don't have a clue how much data they use.

Agree, just because a page says "home" in the URL doesn't mean it has to be one's personal homepage. There's a setting in the browser for that. I rarely even go to the Hughes "home" page. Oh, the other thing about that page, if you don't have ad and video blocking installed on browsers it will eat a lot of data if browser is left open on it for a lengthy time.

At least. They are ad driven but I have that blocked, as you probably do to. : ) I think ad driven sites go by visits and if someone can't sign up then they might not come back to visit. Probably didn't hugely impact them though, just a pain in the rear.

It is an electronic sign off when the system is installed, the installer should have had you click on something. Also, in most places these days simply allowing the equipment to be installed and turned on is implicit acceptance of any contract the company might have. Why prior research is so important these days.

I'm sick of all the hoops have to jump through just to lock down the OS these days, now even drivers are doing telemetry. Gobsmacked, just gobsmacked! Come'on HughesNet are you guys doing anything we should know about? I think there are laws against ISP's doing it. Aren't there, I hope so anyway.

You can't place your dish wherever you want. It has to have a clear line of sight to the satellite and has to be to be aimed by a qualified installer. As far as snow, you have to clear it off manually, especially the amounts you're talking about. Is this a prank question?
