@Rickdyke If you send them an email via the website, either explaining the problem in a short manner, or explaining that there isn't enough space in the message body to be able to adequately describe the issue, you may be able to then reply in the normal manner once you receive their reply in your email. By the SAN you input they will already know it's for Business Support. Or, you could call the Business Support line and ask them for the actual Business Support email address, negating the need to use the email form on the site.
