Any Known Gateway Issues In ELP TX? Frequently Loosing Association
Is there any known current issues with the El Paso TX gateway? We're on beam 49 gateway 11 Seems like this is our issue, we keep loosing association with the gateway. This keeps happening numerous & repetitive times over the past two days, more often in frequency during the afternoon and evening. I checked weather there today, today there was a tiny storm in the area but not exactly there, unsure about yesterday.Solved15KViews0likes27CommentsGateway connectivity loss of system every day (again)

Good day, Yesterday our HughesNet was down Error 11.2.1 weather. So today I was able to get it back, researching I found our Gateway was in Albuquerque, NM Why? (IPGW: J2ALB022HNSIGW1104) Just wondering if the Gateway location can be changed as I am located in the vicinity of Spokane, WA to the north Missoula, MT to the east, Boise, ID to the South We are very remote. I also attached our System Control & Gateway information. Are SRSS has been steady at 58 as well.Solved4.3KViews0likes8CommentsKeep Losing Gateway Connection
Hello all, we've had service for over a year now and though it's been a bit slow at times the reliablility has been excellent until a couple days ago. We had a really bad windstorm and in the evening we started experiencing disconnections, I checked the system status page and our signal was fluctuating between 60 and 120, I went outside and sure enough the reciever was wobbling in the wind pretty badly and some of the nuts had loosened. I tied everything down and re-tightend the nuts and made sure the dish was pointed in the right direction (I was checking the signal on my phones web browser) assuming that would fix it once the weather cleared, but here we are now with barely a light breeze and over 120 signal and our gateway keeps disconnecting. Like every minute or so I'll lose internet for another two minutes or so, (it seems to be out more than it's in). I did multiple connectivity test and sometimes I'll get good connection to the gateway, other times I'll get no connection. But my satellite signal strength remains relatively steady between 119-125. What could cause this issue? I checked all the cables and they are also tight and clean. The only error code that I've seen was Satellite Recieve Status 11.3.1, and sometmes TCP Acceleration will be down or Web Acceleration or I'd see IP Gateway Association State Associating...But sometimes no errors or problems will be visible on the status page and yet I have no connection to the internet, to be clear it's not slow I have an app that constantly monitors my bandwidth usage in realtime, when I have no internet I see no data coming in through the app, if something was loading however slowly the app would show some data coming through. Please help we need reliable internet for work. Thank you for your time.Solved4.3KViews0likes6CommentsConnectivity issues have gotten worse - HT2000W modem since 2021 - today's date is 6.4.22

System keeps dropping out now several times in an hour even in clear skies. Common codes are 20.1.1, 12.2.1, 24.1.1 Tags Gateway, Connectivity Also, slow speed does not appear to be as advertised My Dish network TV service via satellite has has no issuesSolved3.5KViews0likes5CommentsGround Gateway Location Question
Hello, Our new Jupiter 3 installation has this IP Gateway Association State -(Data IPGW - J3SSV8STCIGW0205). Does STC mean Santa Clara for our Gateway location? Weather there has been rough. While download speeds have been pretty good, upload speeds have been all over the map. Very inconsistent. The upload speeds started out OK (2-3 Mbs) a couple weeks ago but have changed in the last few days. Before we start chasing things, we figured weather may be the culprit. Just not sure what all the numbers and letters mean in our Gateway association. Thank you.877Views0likes1Comment
