cancellation of account

i contacted support two days ago to request a cancellation, they have not replied. I hereby cancel my account and will pay no further bills sent to me, nor will I be responsible for them.

    Keysguy , When you're ready to cancel, call the 800 toll-free customer service number. That's the only way to cancel your account.
