Cancelling service

Is there a grace period for cancellation of service from the installation date without any penalty? I just had service installed three days ago and I find the internet speed, especially for the cost to be horrible.

    No.  There is no grace period.  

     

    I'd recommend starting a post in the Tech Support section to see what can be done to help fix the problem.

    State law gives you a few days...depends on the state...
