Can't cancel now since people are not working !!

Finally got through on the phone and after answering the questions they say they can't cancel since most people didn't come to work.  They won't do it on line, won't do it on chat and now they won't ...

    I would try again later on to see if there is any difference.  If you have a hard time getting through when you do, another number you can try is 877-329-1403.

Did you get through to a person?  What was the exact message you got?

never got to talk to a real person.  Computer asked if my phone was the one on my account and after I answered its other questions it said they couldn't process a concellation now due to the covid inpact on who is working.
