cost of new fee and instalation fee

Today I started a chat with a rep. About the new jupiter 3. I was quoted a price of 79.99 per month for 100gb. I have that now with gen 5 that I signed a new contract a few moths back. I was also quoted a fee of 299.99 for instalation. Last time I moved to Gen 5 the fee was waved since I have been a customer from 2015. I was wondering if the reps here could doing anything different? Probably not but it don't hurt to ask the reps here. thanks Shadowwalker.2015
