Feeling duped: horrible internet
Ive been with these people for almost a year and it was pretty decent until the 5th or 6th month, and it's been a crap show ever sense.Theyre saying that all of a sudden im running through 200g of data in less than 3 weeks time, and then here comes that catcher, they start with their token crap,so these people are kinda like they give you pretty good service in the beginning and then a few months later when nothing on your end changes they start putting the screws to you and want to push tokens on you, just like crack dealers do to users, and you try to talk to someone on the phone and you can't overstand them and you get pissed and halfway lose your mind and then the explicitives begin to come out your mouth and all of a sudden they feel you're pissed and want to lecture you on your choice of words. And of course they know all your info when you try to chat or talk on the phone with them and next you know they really screw with your internet, well I know that they know who's writing this complaint or warning and I can care less,if they want their junk back they will have to come get it,because I'm not touching it,they'll probably say something is broken want to charge me,this is how dishonest they are,and i know alot of people and will continue to tell everyone about my nightmare with Hughesnet, and I hope Starlink will run them into the.ground!,good riddence,oh and the ***has my complaint.People please beware of these crooked antics these people try to pull on everyone!

They don't use your data. Something on your side is using the data, and it could be many things. It could be ads on webpages, it could be big downloads/uploads, it could be streaming (likely the culprit), and many more things. It's up to you to figure out where the data is going, and it's up to you to budget your data so it lasts the whole month.
>>here comes that catcher, they start with their token crap
That's no "catcher." It's a way for people to put more data on their account when they've run out of data (that they have themselves used). Same as being able to put money into a bank account when the money runs out. Not a trap, not a catch, not mandatory. Simply there for people who for whatever reason run out of data. The data isn't infinite for satellite internet. It's finite and we all have to share it, hence the fair access policy.
>>next you know they really screw with your internet
No, they don't.
>>if they want their junk back they will have to come get it,because I'm not touching it
They will charge you for it.
>>they'll probably say something is broken want to charge me,this is how dishonest they are,
Now you're really in paranoid territory.
>>and i know alot of people and will continue to tell everyone about my nightmare with Hughesnet
I'm sure they're trembling in fear. They have over a million subscribers and they get more every day.

🤣🤣🤣🤣
Too hilarious.
Good luck to you, and Godspeed.

According to the website, the plan I have should be suited to a family of four streaming and gaming. We can only use ours for two weeks and then pretty much nothing works. This is false advertising.
