How to Cancel service if no one will answer
How do I cancel my service if every time I call the automated system hangs up on me saying there is no one there to answer my call? By law you must provide a way to cancel services. I am calling ...

No lawyers. They don’t do that. But if you can hang on for 6 years - that’s the statute of limitations on a bill. Had to do that to AT&T when they tried to charge me for a phone I never owned.
We have, many many of us, had the same problems with the company. I’ve noticed there are a couple of people on here that phone kiss the company’s techs. They always support the company no matter how many of us have legit complaints.
The internet was built for the kind of situation Covid 19 has put the public in. So there is no excuse. I have called and called and called. The company’s auto answer hangs up on me. There is no way to get a human on the phone. No wonder the rep felt she could promise that I could cancel and not pay for the service if it didn’t work.
