I will be calling to cancle. My contract has not been upheld.
Good morning Carmen,
Thanks for posting and welcome to the community! I certainly would like to get to the bottom of this and will request a review of your sales call. I'll post back once I have any updates to share.
Your patience and understanding are much appreciated.
Hi Carmen,
Thank you again for your patience while your sales call was reviewed. Here are the results from the review:
After reviewing the call, the agent informs the customer that at the time of installation, if they are not able to get the customer a signal to get them sufficient service, that the installer will not install the internet, and the customer would be refunded the money. The agent does not inform the customer that if their service ever goes down after the installation that the customer would receive a refund. The agent also fully covers the agreement and termination fees in the final terms and conditions.
If you would like to troubleshoot with the community, please start a new thread in the Tech Support board.
Thanks for your patience and understanding.

This is a concern I have as well. I have made arrangements to have the system installed at my sister's house in a rural area of Oklahoma. I will not be there tomorrow when the installation is scheduled so cannot verify if the system will work adequately to operate the echo I have purchased for my mom. I'm going to reschedule the installation for a time when I can be there to verify that it is indeed working. why would someone be required to pay for a service that obviously does not meet the requirements they had been promised?
