Internet down
My internet is not working and I didn't have time to take care of it last week due to all of the clean up to do and I won't be back until friday morning the 21st. I was thinking it could have been the hurracane but not sure
- When you go here http://192.168.0.1/ and click on "System Status" (at the top of the page) do you have any red Xs?

Best thing to do is provide us a recent case number or your modems serial so we can locate your account. This way, we'll be able to assess what should be done and have you back up and running as soon as you're back. Hope to hear from you soon.
