No statement and website & app does work half time
Had them for about 6 mths now! I would use the app to look at my bill statement a few days before bill is due to auto pay, it always showed it! But There has been many times Iv tried to go on app make my payment early wouldn’t go through! Ok well now my bill is due tomorrow on the 8th well it’s still showing October bill statement app and website! Iv chatted with 2 different CS and asked about payment they gave 2 different amounts! I asked if they could email me my bill statement they said that it wasn’t showing g because it hasn’t came out yet and that couldn’t send it due to it hasn’t came out yet! So they want me to make an auto payment without seeing a statement! This is crazy! Anybody else having this problem? Also it seems like my PD runs out like in the first week!

Your data will run out as fast as you use it. They don't control that at all.
As for the bill, the reps won't be here until Monday. Does your bill amount change from month to month or is it fixed? If the latter, you may want to go ahead and pay it on the due date, and then contact them again about the issue or wait until a rep contacts you here.
