Good morning CWM030,
Thanks for posting and providing a screenshot. Glad to see our community members have already jumped in to provide help. I pulled up your account to check on the token history and while that wasn't available, I instead checked your billing history. Thankfully yours is very consistent so there was nothing that indicated that tokens were purchased, so it does seem that those tokens were free.

Interesting, this just happened... I just noticed that I prematurly reset even though I have less than it looks like 48 hours left ( if I counted that right ) before I reset.
And on top of that, I just noticed that I lost my 6 gigs of tokens :(

Thank you for sharing the screenshot, that is very curious because on a couple tools on my end it shows differently: no service plan data, but your 6.5 GB data tokens are still there. I'm escalating this internally to see what's up with that. I'll post back once I have any news for you.

Thank you for your patience while our folks are looking into this. This might take a while so I don't expect any news until next week. Please keep an eye on your usage and let me know how your data usage looks tomorrow on your typical data reset date.

Good morning CWM030,
I see that your usage meter look back to normal (complete with the accurate token data count). Our engineers are still interested in why last week it wasn't displaying correctly so they will continue looking into that. I'll keep this thread open for the rest of the week should anything change and you need to give an update (I suspect nothing will).
