Unanswered

Cannot seem to change payment method to paper billing or prepaid visas. Anybody else have this issue plus the chat app for them sucks. Think I'm going to Verizon next month.

    Thank you for reaching out! It seems this is your first post. Welcome to the Community! Hughesnet does not accept prepaid Visas as a form of payment. If you'd like to change your payment method to a paper bill, I'd recommend reaching out to our billing team at 1-866-347-3292, or send us a direct message at the address provided below.

    The other company you mentioned has the same restrictions as HN.
