Committed scammers
I see that anyone reporting genuine concerns gets blocked by Hughesnet. How about taking care of your customers instead of bullying them and trying to coerce them.

The HughesNet community has other boards in which subscribers can post; our most active ones being the tech support board and the account and billing board. There you can see many subscribers reaching out and receiving help from other subscribers like yourself, or in other cases, from HughesNet reps.
This community is primarily a self-help stop for you and all residential HughesNet subscribers, along with these other support resources.
