2.  Please watch the language.

3.  Only devices that can utilize the 5GHz band will show the 5GHz WiFi as a connection option.  Many don't support it.

Dave, if it doesn't show, it's because the device you're using doesn't have the capability to detect the 5Ghz radio, like GabeU  said.
