When I signed up just short of 2 years ago. I was with the understanding there was no contract. I could cancel anytime. I also was told that all I had to pay today was first months payment. So i authorize that first months payment only. Asked several times if I was going to be charged installation charges they said no, I confirmed only first month would be the only charge. Got my credit card statement and not only did they take out 1st months bill, they charged me the installation charge to. I called them back they investigated and gave me a 3 month credit on my bill to make up for the charge. Admitting to the confusion. I went with that.
Called and canceled today 1/7/26. 4 months from 2 years of service to only be told I would have to pay early cancelation fee of 130.00. A charge for a contract to my understanding didnt exist on my account, that was supposed to not even exist.. they refuse to waive the fee and when I explained that to them and explained the research on the installation fee. They still refused to waive it.. the guy didnt even want to hear it.. so be careful because they lie to you to pull you in and then dont honor what they agreed to..they are crooked.

You may want to re-post this under myAccount and Billing.
That way, you can receive support from the corporate reps. They're always very willing to help and have more authority than the phone reps.
