Terrible service and lied about the gift card.
Not only is this the worst service I have ever had, but the whole $200.00 gift card is a scam as well. You have to go to a specific site and apply for what they promised you. Upload your 1st 2 invoices, only to be denied. Then you are told you have to call. The person I spoke with was VERY rude and arrogant. He told me I did not fill out the request for the promotion within the specific time frame? WHAT TIME FRAME? I AM STILL A CUSTOMER PAYING FOR THE SERVICE!!! Bottom line is, it's 100% BS. An outright lie to get customers. I can't wait until my area gets another option!!!

Not a lie. People actually get those gift cards, but there are hoops to jump through. They're not automatic for paying customers, so not everyone qualifies. You may want to post your issue under myAccount and Billing, so a HN corporate rep can see it and tell you what happened and explain the time frame issue.
