    The HughesNet reps on this site are the ones who can give you the answer to your questions, but they do not reply to posts in this section.  You will need to repost your query under Tech Support.

You’re welcome! I hope they reply to you soon.  Typically, they’re here M-F, 9-5, though sometimes they can be around earlier/later.  I hope you get a resolution soon.
