Constant buffering on Youtube

Thank you for this information, I'm sending you a replacement HT2000w, it should arrive in the next few days. Please let me know if you're still having intermittent connectivity with your wifi network.

A correction when I try and connect to the SCC I get this message
"Unable to connect
Firefox can’t establish a connection to the server at 192.168.0.1.
The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer’s network connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web."
I then switched to the NetGear modem and went to the SCC page and checked the System Status and saw the following state code,
"State Code 14.1.1 -- No devices connected" this was followed with a red x
Also at the top of the page was "Diagnostic Code 0000-0000-0000-0049
Another correction while I could not connect to the internet all the lights were on but none were flashing on the HughesNet Modem

Thank you Liz I really appreciate your efforts to help me. I am sure this will solve my problem. After the modem arrives if everything works as expected I will hit the accept as solution button below your post.
