Dish knocked out of position

Good day everyone. Yesterday I ran into my dish, knocking it over about 20 degrees. I straightened it and set it plumb with a level. Now the system won't work. On the modem, the system light is off. ...

    The tech came and repointed the dish and straightened it too. I warped it when I hit it.

Call the 800 number and ask for a tech.  I hope this gets solved quickly for you.
