Flashing 'phone' icon on the Hughesnet Voice box - what does that mean?
Remy Could the ATA have been knocked out by the storm before that morning? It seems to be working normally in that when powered on it exchanges data with the HT2000W like normal at the normal 24 hour interval - just no dial tone and the phone light flashes.
Did the storm do this or do you think something in the configuration went off? Before Sunday it worked great.
Thanks!
The reps here have not posted for over 2 months -- it's likely they're no longer with HughesNet. You may want to call the customer service number.

Just wondering...what happened to the reps that makes you think they are likely no longer be with HughesNet? Did something happen? Checking around, it looks like a rep responded 3 weeks ago - maybe vacation or something?
It seems like it would be a nice position even if only part time.

If you have followed the news, you will know the issues Hughesnet has faced against Starlink and how they have lost a great number of users to the competition. That has led to changes that can be observed right here. The reps are no longer here -- they have not posted in over 2 months. KathyVoss had posted for a while but now she seems to be gone too. It's likely they're no longer with HughesNet. I think everyone here should shop around for a new internet provider. The writing is on the wall.
