Flashing 'phone' icon on the Hughesnet Voice box - what does that mean?

I just received the replacement ATA box.
The instructions mention a return UPS label but there isn't one in the package.
Do I get the UPS store to print one?
Anyone familiar with the process know?

There should be a return label there. I suggest you get on the chat and let them know the label is missing.
I have the new ATA in place - I was able to use the chat to activate after the storm weather cleared - so I think that part is good.
Maybe it is best to unplug the little thing when a storm goes through?
I left a message about getting the return label so I guess that is the only thing left then.
How much are these little plastic boxes? Are they really more than the UPS shipping? Just wondering....
