getting rid of enhanced voicemail

hi i DO NOT WANT the 'voicemail message via phone co.' on my handset ANYMORE!!! trying every possible solution from your guide for innomedia ata from 2016?!!

yes tried both... chat says busy busy busy... sorry call cust. svc. number, then on hold forever and cannot understand the other person on the line. please respond with a solution via community chat so others may learn.
