Help please
My wifi isn't working, all the lights are on, not he modem, the lan light and WiFi light keep flickering, and all other light are on. I have reset the router several times, my bill has been paid and ...

When you say you reset the modem, do you mean you unplugged it, waited a few minutes, and then plugged it back in, or something else?
You should call the 800 number first, and see if those reps can fix the issue. You can also wait for a rep on this site to reply to you, but they're not here 24/7. They're typically here M-F during regular business hours, though sometimes one of them might be around later. I'd start with the 800 number first, just in case you can resolve the issue sooner, and if they can't help, then wait for one of the reps here.
