Help
My system, transmit and receive lights are not on I've tried unplugging it I've tried to make sure all the wires are good...this happens a lot!!!! HELPPPPPP

You can try calling the 800 number today and see if those reps can contact your modem to determine what’s going on, or you can wait until this coming week for the reps on this site to help. The reps on this site can do more faster, but it might be a good idea to at least establish a ticket with the phone reps. I hope this gets solved quickly for you.

Yeah sometimes with trying to explain the issues your having trouble with reps either they don't understand or like with me I sometimes don't understand them

The Hughesnet reps on this site can help, but they don't work on Sundays. They'll be back tomorrow during business hours.

Hi im new to this but I've been having trouble with my hughesnet internet modem I've already checked all coax cables and hook ups to the modem to tv everything is correct iv unplugged and plugged it all back in still nothing it's been two days and all the lights work except for one the system light isn't working and the LAN light isn't working sometimes all the lights will come on except for the system light I've done everything and checked everything help help.
