Router Issues

Moved into my mom's home when she passed in 2019 and just used the Hughesnet already installed.  Had a reinstallation in 2024, under my name and everything has been fine since then.

Except for the past couple of months.  All the lights on the router fade out and a strange ringing noise comes from the router for anywhere from 10 seconds to a full two or three minutes.  In some cases the router comes  back on but in a lot of cases, I have to unplug cords and hope for the best.

I've spoken with customer support two or three times and they keep telling me everything looks good on their end and that it's just a typical daily reset by the router but I'm wondering if they're not seeing something as the problem persists.  This is literally my first post on here and not sure to request a moderator step in and look at things or what the best plan would be.

For the most part, I've been very happy with Hughesnet over the past seven years and would hate to switch to Viasat, Vyve or Osage Broadband.
