Hughesnet email is not forwarding

I had set up a outside email account to forward to, it worked for about a hour or so this morning and is not working now.

I have checked to make sure the forwarded email account is valid and active, and it is ok.

Please can we get this taken care of, I have noticed others with the same issue.
