I keep getting no internet detected

Thank you for posting and welcome to the community. This sounds like it might be a range issue. A good way to test this is to go downstairs and use your device for a while. If you don't see that message it means upstairs is a bit too far from the modem for the connection to stay stable. We can explore some options to help with this. Please keep in mind that the "hug2" network has an optimal range of about 30 feet where the "hug5" has an optimal range of 15 feet. These numbers are not exact but are close.
