Internet drops same time everyday.

For the last 6 month's give or take, my wifi says connected without internet. It does it at 12 noon everyday. I've plugged it,  unplugged,it ive spoke to numerous  representatives, ive been to the system control center , they all say and want to do the same things that hasn't helped. I got a state code 12.7.2 last time it went out. So there's  1-4 hrs a day i can't connect to the internet. 

Can anyone help?
